I did this at first. Didn't last too long fortunately because I complained and got set straight. Embarrassing, but worth the saved paperwork.
what you can.... damn.....It took me several months to realize you can look at an items market history through the retainer "Sell item on the market board" window. I still have a bunch of useless notepads lying around where I was taking notes of the marketboard for item prices...
It also took me all of beta to realize that there was threat bar indicators under the party frames icons. That was an epiphany that made the planets align.

The gridania-east shroud ferry was a complete mystery to me until recently.
Until the ES was a total pain to get to.
I'm still completely lost in the torn land area west of fallground float. I lose all sense of direction in that brown and grey hell.
For a couple months, I didn't realize Berserk could be used to gain 1 stack of Wrath. When I did, omg new possibilities.
<eye twitch>
I... was not... aware of this....
Brb punching myself in the face!
I did beast tribe dailies for probably a month before I realized you could click off the Mounted buff to get off the borrowed mounts. Spent so long running around being sniped at by Amalj'aa archers and THMs while I thought to myself "I sure wish I could hop off this lizard and fight them."
i would consistently wipe to plumes in titan hard because I'd try to back-pedal out of them. it wasn't until almost a month of wipes that someone told me about the legacy camera settings.
My friend started playing MNK a month or so after release, and always played late at night. We are on different schedules, so I didn't get to play with him much. By the time I finally got to play with him on the weekend, he had just hit 50 and was going through the last few main storyline instances. After he got out of the cutscenes & credits, he asks me the following question:
"So which job gets teleport? White Mage?It really sucks having to run all over."
I about died.
I never knew that there was a /busy option. It blocks all tells and I don't get bothered by constant RMT Tells. /facepalm.![]()
