This should be its own button and not linked to the duty finder HUD. I don't want my quests showing all the time, but I DO want my level sync button showing up all the time...just separate the 2 SE.Admit something mind blowingly simple that you have managed to overlook since day one. One of those "are you kidding me" moments.
Also didn't realize where the "level sync" button was until about four months in. I had always turned off the Duty list on the screen to reduce clutter. When I'd ask, people would say "uhhh...click that big as button that says level sync maybe?"
/facepalm
As a workaround, you can make a simple one-line macro:
/levelsync on
And then just put that on your hotbar
Or without the "on" part if you want to be able to toggle.

/lsync in game since 2.2 hehe... just make a mocr and bind it to your hotbars hehe.

Realizing that I could get to Vesper Bay via the docks in Limsa Lominsa right next to the Arcanist's Guild instead of teleporting to Horizon and running all the way there.
...after I had finished all the 2.1 Story Quests and had very little additional need to ever go to Vesper Bay ever again.

.... Are you serious? Of course I would learn this after I have little to no reason to go there.Realizing that I could get to Vesper Bay via the docks in Limsa Lominsa right next to the Arcanist's Guild instead of teleporting to Horizon and running all the way there.

Just realized your Chocobo Companion sings the chocobo tune when you switch him between the four stances (Healer, Attacker, Defender, Free Stance.) Of course you wont be able to get Rank 10 barding if you do this but who needs barding when you have a singing chocobo...
(I still want the barding /weep...)
