Item become binded to you if you glamour off it?

I am not sure if it is intentional or not, yesterday i manage to craft a cashmere robe of casting hq and put it on market ward. Today I was thinking before i sell it i might as well glamour it to my sorceror coat. It glamour alright but it won;t let me put it back on market board saying it is binded. There is zero warning saying if it is being glamour, it become bind to you. Hell, there is no message saying it is bind to me at all during the whole process...

This is intentional. This is from the patch notes from the Lodestone:

"Furthermore, gear used to cast glamours will be bound upon use of a glamour prism."

there SHOULD BE a warning when attempt glamour

It does say the item will be bound to you. At least it did it for me, when I used gear I hadn't used yet as a glamour. There is a warning, you just need to read more carefully.

This was answered in the same thread you made in General Discussion as well. The Patch Notes which everyone should--I would say be expected to--read in order to understand new content, listed the warning of glamoured items being bound to a player. And, if you read the first Help Window that pops up when you do your first glamour, it warns you that items will be bound to you. I don't see how you were shocked and confused by this happening.
