New Rare Nodes

I have the head and tool already so know what stats are needed for those nodes (370 Gather is the key). I'm not, however, able to open the harder 2 star nodes with Gathering of 401.

For the HQ node, I had Gathering 371, Perception 382 and managed about 28% HQ using Toil, Field Mastery, Leaf Turn and Blunt Force (and the equivalent for miner). HQ percent after the buff was 15%.

•Second tier includes the new 2 star items, requires 408 Gathering, 389 Perception, and AFAIK is only required for the new crafting recipes.
