I've played this game since release. Granted, I took a few months off, but I've played more than enough MMO's and games in general to understand exactly how the game works. Regardless, what does my play time have to do with the patch? Oh, right. Nothing.

I appreciate the letter that lets us know when the approximate date is. Keep working hard devs!

On a side note: my ignore list is pretty pointless if you guys quote all the stupidity that goes on in this forum. Although I think I am asking to much since I probably have 1/3 of the forum on ignore. With every thread I click on it just keeps getting longer and longer.

That was the intent I think, but 1.20 may be delayed til after Sept at this rate. Also keep in mind that a lot of things on the list are "Asessments" and "Planning" and not necessarily implementation. I would go as far to say that only the things listed in "Current Tasks" are scheduled to be done by patch 1.20, and not anything listed in the "Future Tasks" column.
