Weathered Burtgang question

Hi, I'm a main pld, what I would like ask is, is this weathered burtgang and burtgang part of the zodiac upgrade process? I thought it was, but looking at the shop in Mor Dhona, it seems only need the token and Unidentified Allagan Tomestone to get this.

If this is not part of the relic/zodiac upgrade system, that means the current last stage of the process is the animus weapon? so all this trouble to farm atma and the books are for the i100 weapon? >.>

Its not, You need a The tomestone token drops from Turn 7+ and you need Rowen Tokens (About 1k Soldiery in Total).

Ah cool, I got very confused then, thought the animus weapon would turn into weathered burtgang. Rowena tokens can be obtained through the primal focus weekly though? so don't need to waste so much new tomes

Nah these tokens are different. You can only get them by buying them with 130 soldiery each.
