I have farmed on and off with fates since 2.2 and I have ZERO Atmas. In the time I have spent doing this, people who have spent less time have Animus.

This would be tolerable if it was not FATEs as doing FATEs is frustrating. I spend more time getting to FATEs than I do actually doing them and when I get there only to see the FATE just completed as I arrive I get upset as I wasted time. I like to grind but this is not fun.

Change Atmas to something else other than fates or change the requirement to progression instead of RNG, I can't handle both.

My favorite part of the whole Atma debacle is how there has been precisely zero response from any devs or community reps indicating that any of the complaints are being heard or any changes to the system are being considered. Meanwhile, the single thread about Leviathan mirror drop rates screwing WHMs and PLDs gets a speedy response from Yoshida himself.

With as much QQ'ing going on, I am sure they will be saying something, but first they need to decide how to address the issue. That requires time, but then the post will also need to be translated, which will take further time, including if things need to be clarified. The mirror issue was probably the easiest/fastest item to address at the time.

To them it's probably a matter of "Sorry we put RNG in your MMO..." However, Fates were not the place for it, that much I will agree on. The drop rate could use a bit of an increase as well.
