This isn't really the case for most people though or else I would have gotten a win by now. Levi's mechanics also look to be far more forgiving.

Amazingly enough, knowing that Titan does landslides and plumes (and even doing enough runs/pattern memorizing to know when they are coming) does not necessarily mean you'll dodge them all. The majority of my runs don't even last long enough to collect an Echo buff. Despite appearing to try to avoid them, many people just aren't swift enough, and to be fair it really doesn't give you a lot of time to do so.

Titan EX is 100% "can you consistently move out of glowing shit on the ground". Mechanically, it is a very simple fight, but it still acts as a wall to a huge number of people because they're playing on third world internet or they lack the mental faculties necessary to move out of bad stuff.

Levi EX *still* requires you to consistently move out of stuff on the ground, but features more complicated mechanics and has doesn't have huge bright markers on the floor for everything that needs to be dodged. Leviathan's mechanics might be more forgiving (before 50% at least, after that the guardrails come off and you can easily fall off), but they are more complex and if you have people who can't move out of really obvious tells on Titan, they're going to have an even worse time on Leviathan where they have to actually use their brain a tiny bit to figure out where the next Dive or Body Slam will come from.

People like the OP really have nothing to complain about. The patch is barely a week old, there are TONS of people who have never set foot into Leviathan EX. If you can't find an existing party for people who are new and learning it, make your own.

I may have only seen a couple vids of Levi EX, but neither one had perfect execution and from the looks of it, there is way, way less stuff in Levi EX that is instant death if you don't dodge it. Plumes aren't instant death (presumably because people don't have to stack them on top of each other like in Titan EX), Spinning Dive isn't instant death, etc.

As for not falling off of the boat, the Body Slams seem heavily choreographed (you can tell which side he's going to do it on based on which side of the boat he does Spinning Dive to) and you can start moving accordingly way in advance. Titan EX does no such thing with Landslides or plumes (which come much more frequently than slams on the boat); take over a second to find and move to a safe spot (and even those might not always be available if someone aims a Landslide in even slightly the wrong direction) and you're taking a nosedive.

Reaction times both fights are the same. I'd say that Levi is faster, but its just exactly the same thing than landslide.

It's so that people won't clear and farm it too easily. No DF makes new content lasts longer.
