    Everything's Better - Fate East Shroud

    Is there some sort of condition for this fate to pop. It's going on 3 hours and it still hasn't popped. It's in book progression for Atma weapon.

    Not sure..current trend seems to be: Stuff related to actual progression = "broken", like in 2.1 the CT Fates rarely spawned, now you have this.
