This has been an issue for months! And SE refuses to come on the forums to address the consumers. We would very much appreciate an acknowledgement, and an indication of what the company is doing to fix it. Would you pay full price for a product that works for five minutes, and then breaks down continuously, month after month? I, as well as many many others, have given SE more than enough in terms of patience in regards to this problem.
I log in, que for a dungeon, get disconnected. (Have to come back and reque, praying to the Eons that I don't get dc'd again).
I craft items, in middle of crafting, get disconnected and lose out on materials (Sometimes rare HQ stuff, which really agitates me).
I happen to get in a dungeon, and get dc'd in a run. Already told party that I may have a connection issue. (Takes about 3-5 minutes to log in because of the wonderful 3102 error, come back to part-, oh wait, they removed me...fuuuh).
Don't even get me started on ATMA farming, I was getting dc'd left and right at the end of fates, so I wasn't getting credit for fates I had been participating in, for a chance to get that super rare ATMA drop.
How do you expect me to continue to pay for your game, when it becoming more of a headache than a relaxing way to spend leisure time? I am sorry, but I have removed my auto renewal, because you (SE) have no intention of reimbursing me and others, for our troubles, and I do not expect it. (You guys over at SE have such an inflated head over the success of FFXIV:AAR and are just taking your time addressing a problem that is only occurring on the NA/EU side), but we are PAYING customers, and we deserve a lot better than what you have been giving us for MONTHS now. I have pulled my auto renewal until you can give me, a consumer, COMPLETE CONFIDENCE in your product again. Not a half assed fix that just sends our connections on the fritz after every patch.
