It's already super high. :P You don't need to be hardcore to get a full set of gear at all.

You just need a couple hours on a single weekend and you are totally decked out....

If they made it any faster, they might as well just let you pay 15$ on the mog station to get a full set of ilvl90 gear.... Which is probably coming in the future anyway... That being the case, they probably wouldn't want to make it much faster, otherwise no one would give them the extra money to buy the gear... XD

No offense, but that sounds like a gross way to play. If you're going to play in some weird efficiency-focused way that ignores chunks of the actual game so you can get tomes faster, why would you not want the game to just give you more tomes?
