Can we get a skip option for daily beastmen quests?

I was under the impression that you could accept all three quests from a quest-giver and then abandon the bad one and get your allowance back...

That's exactly right. That's what I do. Get all the quests, abandon the one you don't want and do another daily from another quest giver, be it a lower level quest or from another tribe.
