Greetings all!

Uncommon Sense is a small "Casual Progression" FC on Famfrit. We've been around for several years now, with many of our core players having met and played in previous MMOs. Before moving to FFXIV we made our presence known in Tera.

UCS made the move to FFXIV at launch and immediately continued our goal of conquering content the old fashioned way; with teamwork, respect, and of course FUN!

This is a great group of players.

I've had the opportunity to see some of them in action and they are very nice and social as well. Not to mention, we are neighbors in game and they are very active for their size guild. This would be a great chance for someone who is casual but would like to attempt content here and there.

I'd like to take a moment to explain how we here at <UCS> define "Casual". We are not fly-by-nighters. We are not satisfied with grinding Tomes and farming Atmas. We hit content, and we hit it almost nightly. The only difference between us and a hardcore raiding guild is that we are small, and we will not punish you for not raiding.

We have groups running almost every night with few exception. When our people are on and the right job/gear/experience combination is there, we grab our 8 and go.

We keep everyone in our FC up to date on content, experience, exposure, etc. We can do this because we are small, and that's the way we like it.

Coil Turns 1-4 on farm, EX Garuda down, and EX Titan goes down tonight (or I'll be eating Shin's dirty underwear).

We'd also like to encourage players who are relatively new to the game to come check us out. Fresh level 50's often find it daunting finding a good FC or group to play with. We welcome you to check us out. And if you're a fit for our tight-nit FC, we will gladly teach you the content, help get you geared up, and get you slaying the end game content asap!

what kinda Ilvl are you looking for the SCH/SMN to have. and how close to downing t5 are you?

iLVL is of little relevance. We can help gear people. More interested in skilled, mature, level-headed, drama free players. We expect to clear T5 within the next few days. We lost some players so progress got held back. Also we shifted focus to clear through Titan & Ifrit Ex so we can start working on Levi EX. That was done, so we are refocusing on Coil.

UPDATE!

Uncommon Sense has been making progress and are standing at the threshold of 2nd Coil. T1-5 cleared, Levi EX on farm, and starting T6 this Saturday.

We are still looking for more players to fill up a 2nd team. Now recruiting ALL JOBS!

Hey guys! I turned 50 a month or so ago (seems like just yesterday!) and am looking for a fun place to do end-game stuff with casually. By casually I mean I can't dedicate myself to the same group of nights on a weekly basis every single time. BUT I can commit to dates in advance.
I have been in the same FC since I started this game and am pretty much the only active member left lol. It gets lonely.
Your FC has struck me as fun so I'd love to talk to you guys. Basically my gameplay has been dailies and DR and I think it's time to spread out and socialize!
For progression's sake I've cleared (DR only) CT, Titan HM, Garuda HM, Ifrit HM, Leviathan HM, Thornmarch HM. I have the Hard Dungeons and Trials unlocked for DR as well. I'm a DRG with a SCH in the 30's. I have ARM and MIN at 50 as well. Thanks!
