I posted this in the Technical Suppot forums on the 16th of March, which was ignored. I then called customer service who stated that, if I had any hopes of receiving a response and the return of my missing gil, I need to open an in-game ticket. I opened an in-game ticket and was told, no, I needed to post on the Bug Reports forums, which I did ont he 19th. On the same day, my report was moved to Accepted Bugs, viewed well over 100 times and promptly ignored. This could have been investigated and handled PRIOR to 2.2, but no one bothered. My thread remains under Accepted Bugs and has been left untouched since the 19th.

This is unacceptable and ridiculous. I'm not here to threaten, I don't want my subscription fees back, but we do all pay to play this game and that includes access to adequate customer service. The FAQ makes note that it can take one week to receive a response. It has been 15 days. Can someone just help me. Please. You have it so that I cannot respond to my own thread, so I can't even bump it to ask what's happening and, with ZERO feedback or even a single, solitary question being asked me to is telling (and actually quite sad).
