    How to upgrade Weathered Item?

    So far, the Rowena shop can only offer weathered version for both weapon and armor. So is there any quest or any NPC that you can talk for upgrade them to lv 110 version?

    I know that the upgrade item drop in coil tho.

    One of the options to talk about when you speak to Roweena are the masterworks. She mentions something about Gerolt. I haven't actually talked to him or anything, but I'd assume you just throw them into the furnace or something along those lines.
