With all the whining and moaning I have seen on the forums concerning ATMA, as well as other things, that the world of gamers has taken a downward slope.

It seems no matter what SE (or most companies) does to this game, people bitch, oh wait!!!! I just realized that is what humans do now days, they simply bitch about everything!

Just thought I'd join in and bitch about those bitching

Seriously though, to all those that aren't whining and crying about everything, KUDOS!

This is just society as a whole anymore. I've noticed both in game, and out of game, that the human race is becoming
this "I want it easy, fast, and now" type. Self-entitlement is absolutely out of control. Me me me me me.

It's incredible that when one thing goes wrong, these forums turn into "28 Days Later" level rage.

the actual downward slope is a game developer trying to pass off pre-existing Level Capped FATEs for Lv 50 players as entertaining content.

a sign of a downward slope for gamers is that some of them are actually okay with it.

Yes, it does feel that way sometimes, though most people wouldn't behave half so badly if it was in a real-life situation (as someone succinctly put it, keyboard + person = idiot). Really, haven't any of 'em heard you catch more flies with honey than vinegar? Even when the complaints are valid in some cases, being insulting and having a temper tantrum is hardly going to achieve a positive response.

Personally, I love the game. I'm sad that so many people seem to want to complain about it. I will say this though; for all the complaints here on the forums, the nice folks over on Adamantoise have made this game both fun and enjoyable to me. Looking forward to many months of continued play for myself and the members of my FC!

I kid but seriously whiners will whine. I know a human may have done it but it doesn't mean every human ever will share the exact same mentality of why someone is whining.

I can say that in my profession (I work with kids 11-14yo) its only going to get worse. Try as I might to instill values of hard work, dedication, mutual respect, and risk taking, some just want me to "give" them a grade... they "deserve" x,y,z... with no work to show for it.

With that said, I do see a common complaint about the Atma farm, and the game as a whole. Some people don't like fates (i do). Some more people also don't want to have to do "pre-existing Level Capped FATEs for Lv 50 players". as much as I love the game, that is CERTAINLY a valid complaint. At LEAST they could have made new FATEs, let alone new fates with mechanics, new mob types, group requirements (things that would offset the monotony, if not the luck based rng system {which I am ok with}).
