Had been trying to get out of a really long art rut. Realized I hated art because it's inherently pointless and I hate everything I draw because it's stupid stiff and lifeless.
Well, instead of just sitting around wallowing in nihilistic depression I figured to just force drawing anything random. No structure, no rules, just try to get some sort of energy to it.
So here's a sketch dump, including my favourite minion in the game.

Are you my professor? All seriousness aside, I know how you feel, I remember when I've hated my art for the same reasons. But it's definitely not easy going through that, still I feel like you got the right idea. No rules, no structure, no care. Just drawing with no real particular expectations yet it's somehow spontaneous.

I'm not saying this is what I did to get out of my rut, (because it is,) but I hope something positive will come out of it for you too! I do personally think your art looks good. And I can see some of that aforementioned energy seeping through. (Bottom-right for example.)

Also, you know how to draw an adorable dodo and that's always a win in my book. /hug dodo

If you would allow some criticism... I can see what you mean with the stiffness: your drawings are TOO clean.
You seem to have a very clear image in your mind of what you want to draw, that you won't allow your lines to get away from that.

I suggest that you let yourself go in things like clothes and hair... in fact, I have a challenge for you: draw stuff under water.

I'm not saying that you will have a hard time drawing that, I know you can... the point is to let your pen do wavy things, hair out of place, wrinkles in clothes, funny poses... go wild !!
I'm sure you will have lots of fun and refine your style
