    It's just some grilled Apkallu egg. Good for vitality. Costs a fortune...which is kinda weird for a simple finger sandwich. Must be the volcanic rock salt, which I would personally just substitute regular table salt. I can't tell the difference, but you try telling that to the culinarians. I've had enough frying pans to the face.
