My Wind-up Bahamut code has already been used??

As the thread title states, I went to the Mog Station to put in my code for the Wind-up Bahamut minion, but it says that my code has already been used? How can that be? I just got the soundtrack yesterday and opened it up as soon as I got it, but I just got around to wanting to put it in today.

Can a moderator or someone please help me out?? I tried looking at the support page for Mog Station, but there is NO options shown for dealing with something like this. Please help. I don't want to shell out another $60 for a soundtrack and another downloadable code!

This IS serious. I got cheated out of my Blu-Ray CD when I got the code from it. I don't know HOW the code could have been used when I had just opened up my copy and tried to put it in on Mog Station. I really want a Community Rep to look into this. If this does not get resolved, I am never going to buy anything from the Square-Enix store again if I get cheated out on a product.

Did you try entering the code all in caps? Didn't work for me first time when I used lower case.

I did all caps. It said that the code has already been used I wonder who could have used the code without my soundtrack being opened. That's just so weird.

The best would be to contact SE Customer Service in this case as they'll be unable to assist you via forums here. The ALL CAPS is indeed required but if you've already tested it there is nothing else to recommend here.
