Raid Days: Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday 6-9PM Pacific Standard Time. Additional raids throughout the week based on availability.

Severed is a premier raiding FC, we use a rotational roster system and have made it work for us so far. We are currently farming turn 6 and 7 with 4 groups and we are looking to make some additions to our roster.

A rotational roster system allows us to play cohesively as a Free Company and not individual "static cell" units within the Free Company.

Rotational Roster Explanation: Every week, groups are picked out of a pool of players. This means you may or may not get to play with the people in your group last week. So far, <Severed> is able to equally spread experience and gear into multiple raid groups every week to insure the successful farm of Coil.

Strengths: Playing with new people can be exciting and fun; playing in different groups allow development of new skill sets, adaptation, and bonding; equally fielding gears/experience across multiple farm groups insures maximum farm efficiency.

Weaknesses: Not knowing new group members play style can reduce efficiency; may be daunting to play with new people;
