Computer still restarts

Hello again. Previously I posted a thread asking for help regarding my PC. I am afraid of reviving it after so long and it's already moved to the Resolved Issues subforum too. This is the thread http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...puter-Restarts

Anyway after managing to buy a new PSU (CORSAIR CXM series CX600M 600W ATX12V v2.3) my computer still keeps restarting. Before it only happened while playing games (FF14, Battlefield 4, League of Legends and more) but now it happens when I am watching a stream or viewing videos on youtube. I am very depressed now and I haven't renewed my subscription to FF14 because I'm afraid I don't have a stable computer anymore.

In the previous thread someone mentioned verifying the Windows Error Log and after finding it I noticed there were some errors listed under the Administrative events. I'm not sure what these errors mean nor if these are the ones affecting me.

I am sorry for not continuing to monitor the previous thread and asking for help once again =(

BTW my computer specs are in the previous thread. The PSU is now different though.

Computer is overheating. Need to replace the thermal paste in the cpu. A couple of dollars to buy this at radio shack and your good as new. FYI, I build computers as a side job, this sounds like the problem your having. It starts out where your don't have problems for a while but as the paste degrades, time spent on the computer decreases and usually there's no warning besides computer turning off. If this was a power problem, it would show at start up as not all systems would work.

Thermal paste runs for about 5 to 7 dollars and it's very easy to replace.
