I'm a little more troubled by the fact that, thus far, all travel seems to have been Void -> Eorzea. With the veil being weakened, who's to say that there was no travel the other direction, and what would be the ramifications there?
You actually traveled into the void, for about 6 seconds, when you opened the matching doors. The ramifications seem to be temporary invincibility
I've got a few ideas on this front, but it deserves a thread in it's own right.
Please look forward to it. (TM)
your immune because your in a different plane of existence. you can't do anything there, as your being pulled to an exit constantly. you also get a vulnerability up debuff for entering the void, so i suppose it is harmful for us to enter the void.
I think someone just doesn't get a joke. Anyway, I don't remember a vulnerability debuff, there is an invincibility buff that says you're currently in the void, but considering the original statement never said anything about actually doing anything in the void, only traversing from Eorzea to Void, that pretty much answers the original premise
during the fight you get a single stack of curse at the end of the void trip far better than the 4 stacks of curse you get from Diabolos's Ruinous Omen actually hitting you.I think someone just doesn't get a joke. Anyway, I don't remember a vulnerability debuff, there is an invincibility buff that says you're currently in the void, but considering the original statement never said anything about actually doing anything in the void, only traversing from Eorzea to Void, that pretty much answers the original premise
Okay then. that's what I'll do. I'll tell you a story. Can you hear them? All these people who lived in terror of you and your judgement. All these people who's ancestors devoted themselves to you, sacrificed themselves to you. Can you hear them singing?
Alka Zolka: "In that age of wonders more than fifteen hundred years ago, when rival nations brought earth-shattering magic's to bear against one another, scholars were instrumental in ensuring the survival of Nym."
Those "Enemies of Amdapor" are a mysterious lot! There does indeed appear to be more than Nym and Amdapor involved in the War of the Magi.
Yhan, the White Viper.
