Ps4 beta questions

When we transfer our existing character over to the beta server will we eventually be able to transfer back to our servers or will we stay on them as ps4 servers?

Will i lose my linkshells and free company or will a copy of myself just show up as offline on my server?

If anyone else has more questions regarding the ps4 full or beta version feel free to post them here

You don't transfers your characters anywhere beta 1 was new characters on new isolated servers, beta 2 you will play the game just like if you were on PS3/PC

They're adding new servers because they're hoping the PS4 launch and Steam launch will bring in enough new players to be worth expanding, but none of the servers are platform specific. All servers will be available through all platforms, just as they are now.

The only special rule for the new servers is a temporary one — that character transfers to the new servers won't be allowed until after the economies on those servers have time to mature a bit. So you won't immediately be able to move an existing character to one of the new servers, but you can create new characters there if you want, regardless of what platform you're playing on.

I actually have a question as well. I'm getting the ps4 tomorrow, and will be joining the beta friday. I understand that you can upgrade from ps3 to ps4 for free, but there's no going back. So, does that mean I can't play at all from the beta end date (4/7) to the official launch on 4/14?

You can still go back to your PC/PS3 after the Beta.
The switch is done via Mogstation after the release.
Also existing players will be able to play on PS4 on April 11th instead of the 14th.

You are using the PS4 client to play with your character you already have there is no transferring.

So I'm wondering if the P2 client will be the final client? They made no mention of it on the lodestone.
