You have to find another player who has fed the nuts to his/her Female/Male chocobo, and then you have to breed them. after a week, a gold chocobo chick spawns in a chest with 10% chance (90% of time it just blows up), and you have to roll for it with your co-breeder. Remember to NEED it.
