I tried for a very long time with a Supra and no, it's not. We are still short the necessary CP needed. My final conclusion is we'll need 407 CP to 100% three star synths. Using that much CP I made a 100% rotation. Quote from the Supra thread about it:
Since getting a Chantico Supra, I've experimented extensively with three star synthesis. My ultimate goal is to see if having a Supra means I can create an RNG Free 100% rotation similar to the other three I came up with for various crafting scenarios. After many hours of testing, my conclusion is it still can't be done. The closest I can get is 4740 of 4980 quality (with HQ materials) - or 86%.
I'm really not keen on Waste Nots near the start, especiall not Waste Not II. Waste Not II is 7 or 8 steps where you can't use tricks of the trade, and tricks of the trade is really useful. When I craft any 3-star gear I just start off with 2 piece by piece, using every trick of the trade possible, the 160 cp move to regain durability, then if i've got the cp after that I'll use a waste not 1/steady hand 2 for a couple of extra potential inner quiet stacks. Replacing any hasty touches towards the end with basic/standard touches, or extra great strides even. Just leave 128 cp for the final Byregot's bomb, or 110 without innovation.
requires 398CP and 416 craftsmanship.
416 craftsmanship allows you to replace 1 pbp with a cs2. this is effectively 15 additional CP available in your rotation. you will need a supra or FC craftsmanship buff and everything max melded. then your offhand must have at least 12 craftsmanship.
progress looks like : pbp (146) + 4x cs2 (75) = (446)

Taking some queues from Elasia, I've explored some CP over-subscription sequences based around 416 craftsmanship and 398 CP.
i'm no fan of crafting macros. mainly because my DSL is pooh. so i'm gonna go for a more visual presentation. i think we can all figure out where the Tricks opportunities can be found so i won't try to spoon feed that. so here are some scenarios.
1 Tricks of the Trade
2 Tricks of the Trade
3 Tricks of the Trade
These are some scenarios based on ability choices that seem likely to me. but i know this could benefit from some thoughtful scrutiny.
Surely some of the Pro crafters are realizing benefit of only needing one PbP in 3-Star recipes, so how are you taking advantage ?

Have you ever thought about using a second Comfort Zone? Your macro definitely has space for it, and it's 14 free CP (almost as much as you save by leaving out the second PbP...)

thinking about it..!
if you're having no luck with Tricks opportunities at all then it would play out like so..
i'd clip the last stack of the first CZ because using the second CZ during SH forces you into a 50% HT. but 6CP or 14CP alone can't grant any additional actions beyond Observe.
but! if you can get a Tricks at any of the first four opportunities then you wouldn't clip the first CZ. then that 6CP + 8CP + 20CP = 34CP. which is enough to power the GS that would otherwise require two Tricks.
in either case.. you're giving yourself a free Tricks opportunity. but we could capitalize on that in the case of no Tricks during the first CZ by using an Observe to prevent CZ clipping. this grants yet another Tricks opportunity.
so in the case of no Tricks taken in the first four opportunities then we'd be giving ourselves an additional 2 opportunities for a total of 8. chances are you won't be able to go through the sequence without at least 1 Tricks. with that assumption.. we would be able to at least use innovation on our last two touches like so..
(note that i can't select the Observe ability at http://ffxiv.lokyst.net/. this SS is meant just to depict quality achieved at 384 control with no hasty fails and innovation and ingenuity II on byregot.)
in the case of either only a single Trick before needing to observe, or only two tricks taken at any of the five opportunities after observe, what you would actually want to do is
that is a mess-load of quality. toss a few good conditions on any of your hasty or basic touches and with one or no hasty failures you're probably going to hit 100% with no initial quality.
if you get an early trick (thus did not Observe) then each subsequent trick replaces a hasty with basic.

looks like i misunderstood CZ clipping. using a second CZ as depicted in any of these SSs does clip the last stack of CZ. bollocks. i thought the simulation was mishandling the second CZ since after a bunch of changes in the sequence editor it starts throwing out lots of erroneous numbers and you have to rebuild it from scratch.
well back to the CZ drawing-board. i just hate the thought of refreshing CZ during steady hands. i want something better than that..
