    Bug moved to Resolved thread without resolution

    I posted a bug about the launcher not remembering my Square Enix ID. However, when I went to check if it had received any response this morning, I noticed that it has been moved to the Resolved Issues forum. However, I still had to enter my SEID this morning, despite having ticked the Remember SEID box the last time I logged in.

    Do items get moved into Resolved Issued when they actually get fixed?

    And the bug was not addressed in Patch 2.25, so I'm beginning to doubt that the report being moved to the Resolved thread indicates that the problem has been addressed.
