It's also a 3-Star ARM item, so you need like 360+ Control and 375+ Craftsmanship. Can't say the real numbers because I'm not at my gaming computer right now and can't log in to see (and don't feel like opening xivdb).

On the note of getting it, Congrats! I wanted it even before I knew what it looked like, and when I saw it I wanted it even more.

yep. a couple have already sold on excalibur for over 1.5 mil (someone said 2.2 mil for one). The ingot required for this craft is almost as much of a pain in the butt as the levi barb. The ingot requires two 500 myth mats, as well as extremely high master goldsmithing.

Yup. When getting my mats in order for my delightful hero crafter to make the barding, I saw a single gold ingot up for sale for 2 million. Shouts in RT tonight about someone else making and selling a barding weren't asking for the price right off the bat, but I can only imagine the number they're asking for...
