Uhhh..... just wait for them to spawn?.... really, worst place has 2 mobs and only takes 5 minutes to kill 10...
Yeah but 5 people here waiting for the spawn. Its dead before you get in range some times.
edit - Just seems if they know ahead of time. Everyone , their uncle and his dog will be doing these quest than planning ahead. Make more spawns of these mobs would have been nice.
Like what they done for the people farming mobs for wood etc.

Again one of those "I want everything served on a platin plate, because silver isn't good enough" Threads
But in all it DOES kinda feel like Magican Moogle Trials from FFXI
Be happy, just for this, that there are no Free Roaming NMs
Like Elazu and Vydos said, just party with them. Didn't have to "fight" for pulls. Also... did you try the beast tribe quest? some quest makes you kill some kind of mob where only 4-5 spawns... and there are like 20 guys around trying to kill them... this isn't even that "hard".
Wait... this is an MMORPG...? I'm supposed to communicate with other human beings?
While I'm sure you believe you're hilariously ironic the truth of it is since MMOs introduced instanced dungeons and cross-server party mechanics the communication aspect of MMOs went the way of the dodo. Even moreso in FFXIV where you're invariably playing twitchy whack-a-mole with your cooldowns and having zero time to chat to your fellow party members.
