Looks terribad.

not to criticize, but it honestly looks like this piece of armor was crafted on a roegadyn, and then slapped on my character model. its so huge, that i clips into its self in so many different places. it clips front, back, left, right, you name it. this armor is FAR too bulky on a female character. i understand its supposed to be bulky, and im cool with bulky, but this is obscene.

because people cant read; this is not about wanting sexier armor. it is about wanting realistic armor. a character of that size would NEVER wear armor like that. it is not practical.
i mean like seriously, my character clips both arms practically inside of the armor with each breath. this is what im talking about

You know, XI had a solution for all the clipping but it made people look weird when they weren't wearing plate armor. The solution? Have everyone walking around with their arms about a foot away from their waists. Heavy armor looked fine, though. XIV has people in more natural poses but, naturally, this is going to cause clipping. Why not have poses for each and every piece of gear in the game so clipping isn't an issue? Well, for one, that'd require Square to rebuild the models again to change the behavior of the model's skeletons and then change the gear to superimpose their skeletons and... well, short of it is it's why characters lost their butts. They rebuilt the 1.0 skeletons into a universal skeleton and gear is fit to said skeletons. This is naturally going to cause clipping. Your immersion will survive.

No joke! I'm disappointed by the chest. I don't want boob armor but the male 6 pack on a female character and oversized clipping are really off-putting.
