Precisely. Which is why I like to have other people confirm crosses like these before making anything official. I do have another report via reddit that somebody on Goblin server obtain some Blood Pepper seeds...so we'll see what comes of that as well.

Dzamel Tomato + Chives = no seed
Black Pepper + Chives = linseed

One more confirmation that you can get Chive seeds by cross-breeding Pearl Spouts and Dalamud Popotoes. You may also get Shroud Tea seeds.



I will now proceed to test cross-breeding Chive with other 3.1 seeds.

duno if/what the other cross partner is, only got 2 crosses.

One more confirmation that you can get Chive seeds by cross-breeding Pearl Spouts and Dalamud Popotoes. You may also get Shroud Tea seeds.

Can confirm this. Just harvested two Dalamud Popotoes that were planted in between Pearl Sprouts. One gave a Shroud Tea seed, and the other gave La Noscean Leek.

Was surprised to suddenly get them since of the four Pearl Sprouts and two Dalamud Popotoes I harvested before, three of them gave Chive Seeds (two from the pearls, one from the popotoes).

Seems you planted Popotos instead of Dalamud Popotos. D'oh.
