

In other words, you'll have to return what you got and request a refund, explaining why, etc.So I tried to get ahold of Digital River...well, there is NO WAY to contact them regarding getting a new code. This NEEDS to be done by Square-Enix themselves! THEY have the code, Digital River DOES NOT have it! Seriously, if this crap doesn't get resolved, I am NOT buying another product again from the Square-Enix store!!!
The code is part of the product itself, of course DR can't just give you a new code.
But the return and refund or exchange for a new copy you have to take with them.
