Probably due to the format. This isn't a CD album it's a Blu-Ray. They probably elected not to compress the tracks for digital distribution. Levi theme won't be there because the soundtrack only includes up to 2.1.

Upon downloading the tracks to a PC, there will be a "Secret" category, clicking that downloads a password protected zip file, the password is "Gilgamesh"

Ah I found it...although it was called ARR FXV 120 not secret

Find the password protected archive and unzip it with password: gilgamesh

Where exactly is the code located in the disk case ? I have 3 paper inserts one that has a picture of the minon , one that has a code to register the product on the Jp enix site and one that has options for the disk . I cant read Japanese so am wondering where its located since everything on this one is in Jap unlike the last soundtrack which had the code clear as day in English .
