The Fate "Everything's Better" in East Shroud, never pops!!!!

The atma book quest for my Holy Shield atma requires this fate, and it never pops....Unless this is intended to slow player's progress. Please get this addressed!!!

Naw, I knew about that (even though its listed as "Everything's Better" in the Atma book quest), but even with the link you provided it's coordinates are listed as 23, 14. Nothing has popped there and I have been waiting for hours.....

ok the fate Collecting Keepsakes popped, I finished it with a gold medal, and it is not the fate "Everything's Better"....So far as far as I know this fate doesn't exist in East Shroud. Please tell me what I'm supposed to do Square-Enix, either its a typo or a bug.

Do the mods have any answers on whether this will be resolved or not?

The gamerescape wiki is not exactly accurate while the xivdb.com listing is much more helpful...

Thank you for the response, but I know this. The location you provided is 23,14 in the East shroud, and it is where I was waiting for over 8 hours. I have since spent over five more hours in that same area waiting for it to pop and no dice. When someone provided the gamerscape link, I did they fate they provided but to no avail. Has anyone had this problem as well? It is for the Strength upgrade for my holy shield atma.

Well i just logged in after the overnight maintenance and teleported to east shroud and "Everything's better" was up at 23,14. Thank you SE for fixing this so fast, first Zodiac Braves quest complete (and at least I'm not going crazy).
