Cant connect to server

Well good to know I'm not the only one. Getting this PS3 error 11070-2140077934 Server is not responding?

I've had this happen many times post 2.2, But today it just isn't letting me get pass this screen. I've tried about 40 times this morning and still getting the same error. What do I need to do to fix this?

i had it 5-6 times too, after restarting, it is working now though

Also getting this. Have tried renewing my ip address from a command prompt and by just resetting my router. Ain't working.

Just read that its because the login servers are maxed out or some crap..... This early in the morning on a weekday? I don't know about that.

I am on PC and I got the error twice and shut down my launcher. Now, for some reason the launcher is trying to load extremely slowly.
The Lodestone and these forums are also acting up a little, very slow to load everything.
