    I don't know exactly what your issue is. If you're in combat and you don't think you can win with the disconnects, just wipe. You don't lose any progress. Then you can vote dismiss. Also, only the first person to leave a full DF gets hit with that 30 timer. After the that you can leave freely without issue. What takes 4 hours?

    No, it's the 4 hour "cooldown" on vote dismiss per person.
