There are some massive problems with how the Duty Finder works when in dungeon. But...let's say 2 or in my last Praetorium run...5 people disconnect. There is no way to salvage that, but let's run through the options:

You could vote dismissal for the people who have disconnected: you can't do this in combat, and sometimes you will be in combat even when you're not. You have to wait another 4 HOURS to do another!

Vote abandon: can't do this for the first 15 minutes, most disconnects happen within the first 15 minutes. And let's say through some sheer bad luck, one of your teammates decides to troll or think it's possible to run Praet with 3 people and decides to vote against abandon...you can't cast another vote.

Just leave: if everybody disconnects, you get hit with the 30 minute duty finder timer even when everybody disconnects. Somebody actually has to leave before anybody else can, and nobody wants that 30 minute timer.

This has got to be fixed.

I don't know exactly what your issue is. If you're in combat and you don't think you can win with the disconnects, just wipe. You don't lose any progress. Then you can vote dismiss. Also, only the first person to leave a full DF gets hit with that 30 timer. After the that you can leave freely without issue. What takes 4 hours?

No, it's the 4 hour "cooldown" on vote dismiss per person.

Does Vote Dismissing a DCed person give you the cooldown? I"ve never checked. If so they may want to fix that and just ensure that the Offline reason is greyed unless the targeted individual is actually disconnected. The odds of at least 2 people in a 4 person dungeon having burned their Vote Dismiss aren't that terribly bad and could result in a more or less required Vote Abandon if you have no way to kick the dced people. Not sure what the reasoning was for removing the autokick on disconnected people. Only time pretty much that I wouldn't reconnect in time to avoid autoboot was CT runs oddly enough. It seemed like the autokick was a lot shorter in CT.
