Title says it all. Square Enix have been playing their cards too closely to their chest regarding FFXIV, and we need to know more about the planned content - Grand Companies, Camp hubs, dungeons. Everything.

As it is now, giving us only one article about a given aspect of the game a week (or two a week) isn't enough. We need more engagement.

i agree with him, i want the patch as soon as possible so SE should'nt waste time writing too many articles.

well they ve given a decent amount of information probably, but its scattered about, and, frankly they cant give away too much more info until they release something, the things i am most interested in hearing probably are still in a state of flux.

Wrong. Square Enix has been more transparent and more forward with their customers then any other MMO developer lately.

To be honest, I follow a lot of MMOs and SE doesn't seem that great by comparison. Just recently, ArenaNet released a whole article about their intentions and philosophy behind their in-game dungeons, with a lot of specifics.

SE is in the exact same position with FFXIV but all we get are a few tidbits of information with scarcely any design-philosophy to back up their choices. So I honestly don't believe they are more transparent. Other MMO developers seem more open to me.

But compared to how they were in FF11, they are getting better, that's for sure.

I hope to God that you spelled "care" as "car" intentionally, though, I don't believe you did due to the bad grammar in your post.

In any case, they're doing what's right, I would rather them give us a lack of information than give us all this information and not deliver it in a deadline. When they do this they can be shifty about when and what they put in their patches.
