    [To the dev] Commendations to whoever designed leviathan ex

    Seriously, that was the most awesome boss fight ever.

    Love how the drum beat builds up the tension. And the excite you feel when the second phase starts. But it's the fact that the stage tips left and right that really creates the immersion.

    Whoever that helped design that fight deserves a raise. Make sure you pass that on to your staff

    I second this emotion. I was playing the night prior and was chuckling at the sliding gimmick.

    There's nothing more exciting than watching that one person get near the edge and hearing their responses over voice chat. It's quite entertaining.

    Thank you, battle team, for a fun fight.

    This is my favourite fight in the game so far.
    The stage moving and the character animation involved really sells the fight.

    I don't like panning the camera to find spouts in EX but it's an amazing fight otherwise.

    Fun fact:
    You can immerse your camera in the water if you stand on the edge (obviously not a good idea during the fight itself).
    There's bubble sounds and a water effect when you take the camera out.

    This fights is nuts. Everything seems super well done about it. There is a bit more of randomness, as people asked, there is still a clear feeling of progression as you learn it, and it gives you shivers. When that second phase start... Omg. And yeah that slidding animation.

    Just love all of it.

    It's extremely well balanced. Couple of deaths won't wipe you but it's still incredibly easy to fail it... I love that fight. Kudos to whoever designed the fight.

    To: Yoshi P and the Combat Team,

    I definitely agree: Leviathan Story & Extreme are the best Primal fights I've played so far!

    Great job on making a fun, well-designed fight.

    Where Titan EX felt like way too much pre-scripted blind memorization (almost "Dance Dance Revolution"), Garuda EX was a bit too gimmicky, and Ifrit EX was a bit boring, Leviathan Extreme is just really well done:
    • It's a lot more forgiving and enjoyable, with a nice balance of a DPS Check, some coordination, and then a bit more randomness, which keeps it interesting.

    • The Water and Custom Reaction Animations (when the Boat rocks and you slide and react from the Body Slam) really sell this fight!

    • Love the Taiko Drumming and Music.

    • The odd timing of the Sahagin stunning could be more intuitive.

    • The Wave Spumes (Blue Orbs) could also use a more intuitive feedback mechanism before it detonates.

    But generally, it's a really fun fight. Good job!
