Dialogue box still unscaleable

This text window here. It is incredibly small on high resolutions and you are unable to select it in order to increase the size of the text bubble. To my knowledge there exists no way to increase its size. When I'm in high res on a big screen playing from my couch it becomes far too difficult to read than it should be.

If there is indeed a way to increase its size please fill me in as I would be incredibly grateful.

I think this is a good example showing how much there would be space in most cases to make it bigger. Even on PC screen I have to lean in because regardless of the high resolution the physical scale is still TINY compared to all of the other text in the game.
I would love for them to add this box to the UI customization screen as an adjustable size.
