    PS4 & Playstation Plus Subscription.

    Forum goers and PS4 users,

    I have recently read that to access online multiplayer content, the PS4 requires you to subscribe to their Playstation Plus program. On the PS4 support page, it mentions there are a few exceptions (F2P games).

    Do I require Playstation Plus to access FFXIV:ARR?

    It'll be costing me £13 to play each month.
    £156/year.

    This was answered long ago, and multiple times. If the servers are NOT operated by Sony, it's up to the Developer if they want to require PSN+. SE does not.

    It has been confirmed several time that we don't need PSN+ sub on PS4 for FF.
