I look at it as experiencing a bunch of content that may have been missed long ago. It gives me an excuse to go to certain areas and find FATEs that I never actually tried before. Then, as an added bonus, folks who are still leveling are guaranteed to find people at FATEs that might otherwise become deserted.

It's a pain in the ass for the hardcore elites, but for everyone else, I think it's just fine.

Besides, I'm willing to bet the coupon weapons are just as good as the Atma weapons anyhow.
