Seeking level 50 miner for 2.2 Gardening

Greetings Zalera! Your friendly neighborhood player Wobbles is looking to acquire more talent! I'm an established player on this server that's looking to bolster my soil reserves. I currently don't have a garden, but I pride myself on the idea of having a garden. I seek miners who are consistently improving their game play by any means necessary. In 2.0, I farmed mirror apples for hours, and farmed it every subsequent hour til I was 50.

What am I looking for in a player?
Flexible schedule - Can you be on to get me topsoil?
Ambition/Motivation
Excellent communication skills
Fast learning - No hand holding required
Creativity - What can you bring to the table to help me grow (insert new crossbred seed here)

I'm looking for players who come to gathering with the mentality of "What can I do to make Wobbles' garden grow easier?" I'm a care bear, players will be rewarded all needed soil. Can you handle my praise without becoming demotivated?

Examples of what I'm not looking for include:
Crying about my garden
Supporting Exkalebear
Crying about being praised
Complacency with one's own gathering style.
Repeated un-needed soil types. And no - I can't find it is not an acceptable excuse when it happens repeatedly.
"I CLICKED THE SOIL ON MY SCREEN"

A lot of what I've said here can be viewed as elitism. But is it? I understand mistakes happen and I understand SE's servers suck. But I maintain an exceptional BTN gathering rate despite the state of SE servers and I expect you to gather as well. Many players hold back because "I can't find soil, or it's too hard". I will be pushing my garden to be the best in Zalera from day one. Where will you be? Sitting in Mor Dhona conversing with Shwing? Posting that useless ore on the market? Or will you be mining my garden's soil without a strategy handed out to you, experiencing MMO garden play and having a chance to conquer it alongside me?

My "official" gardening hours:
Tues-Sat: 6:00 EST
Sundays/Mondays can be added in during early stages of the garden as well.
