Cant read windup bahamut code

i got my sound track in the mail but the sheet what comes with it for the code has no code on it just a bunch of japanesse symbols. is there anyway for me to get the code in a way for me to read it so i can enter it?

There's another small piece of paper with the code on it in sets of numbers. It's tucked in the back and took me a while to find it.

For those who are having trouble with this, the code is on the backside of the packaging paper that makes up the spine and has the barcode on it, NOT the papers inside the booklet itself. I had already thrown it away and had to dig back through my garbage to get it
