Your argument is not a good comparison, a $5 sandwich would have cost the maker (crafter) around $1 to make in mats, so a 400% profit, that's more profit than those selling 3 star craftsI don't plan to ONLY make 3-star crafts if/when. But when I do, I actually want them to sell. And while doing so would be great and there'd be just as much money to gain as initially invested, I'd rather sell by volume than by assumed value.
Think of it like this: If you're out to buy lunch, are you going to be more likely to buy my well-made $5 sandwiches on a regular basis, or a $50 sandwich of equal or lesser quality, based on the assumption that it's worth $50?![]()
