I'm on Goblin as well, and I fully agree. For weeks before the patch, I regularly sold HQ Hempen Pantalettes in various colors for 200 gil (as a joke, plus I knew they'd be in demand when glamours was added. And I like panties, lol). For a time I was the only one selling them, and people bought them for what I believed was a reasonable price for essentially vanity gear. Then I take a break for a few days, and someone's got NQ panties up for 2000! Seriously? Or worse, 2 people have crafted the new i90 healer robe, and have it going for 1 million (HQ) and 500K (NQ) respectively. I've been tempted to offer them a decent but significantly lower price for them, because I don't think they'll really sell at that price.

What I think we should do, at least what I believe would be a good idea is to set and agree on a standard price or range (plus or minus) to sell wares at. Perhaps crafters might form a server linkshell (which I'd assume has been done already) and negotiate prices and markups/markdowns. As it stands currently, no one is going to get rich off the market board, even if they sell at extremely high prices, nor would they at forced, devalued lower prices. With a standard in place, it simply becomes a matter of supply and demand, and with reasonable prices, the market will see more activity. At the same time, this might serve to out or discourage undercutters and Bot sellers who hike/drop prices drastically.

Admittedly, I'm a lazy and underachieving crafter (unless we're talking panties, then I'm currently #1, lol), but I would love to see some sort of Goblin Trade Administration attempt to fix/balance out our market. Who's with me?

Maybe the price sell to NPC is the standard price, at least it is the DEFAULT price. ^^; It reminds the sellers for the npc price when listing.
I think the MB just like a stock market, price is going up and down, no one can fix the price.
Simply, if no one want to craft, item price will go up automatically, then ppl will craft for profit, and then price will go down again.
