Try activating it while running, it makes the difference a little more noticeable. It's not as potent as the Swiftsong ability Archer's have though.

I think it's a 5% increase in movement speed. Should probably be renamed Fists of Gentle Breeze to coincide with effect. Even when using it while running next to people who are not it's difficult to notice the difference unless you're both going in a perfectly straight line.
