Broken Duty Finder

Recently after the last patch I've been having a terrible experience in FFXIV. The Coils for example are on the duty finder but they a.dont find the group for you and b.they will not allow for people to join mid way through. This is the same with the new instance like Brayfox Hard.

People constantly quit out of coils making the whole instance a waste of time not to mention you have to redo the entire dungeon again to get to the boss, just to have more people quit and repeat the process. Please tell me what is going to come of this. If you are unlucky you cannot clear anything anymore with a bad starting group.

Quit penalty is way to lax IMO, 30 minutes you cant use the duty finder...the way people abuse this means its obviously not a severe enough penalty. These people are wasting 7 other peoples time they need to be reprimanded to the point that they will not quit anymore.

u have to premake and join via df, but u cant solo que yet

Well I still wonder about the Quitters, they end the entire run for everybody making it have to be redone. The Duty Finder seems to have to refilling function so you must leave and KILL your party. It gets frustrating...will this be getting fixed with the 2 weeks its going to take to implement it correctly into the duty finder?
