Most of the people you see enjoying the content probably aren't enjoying it.
It's an illusion of group play. No one talks, everyone just spams buttons like it doesn't even matter while being half asleep.

actually I am enjoy it and I have no problem with it. I farm fate since 2 days ago and got a few atma while talking and joke on mumble with my FC and static.
IMO, it is the player fault if they don't know how to enjoy the game.
I'm actually enjoying the Atma journey... I think people are being impractical by thinking that they need to get it immediately, thus making it a miserable grind for hours on end. I'm just doing one or two most everyday and I'm enjoying myself and the parties I get into.
People complaining about silence is just... Foolish. If no one is talking, start talking! Don't not talk and complain about no one talking to you! Crack a joke, do something! You're in a group with 7 other people who are thinking the same thing but don't want to start first.
I love the FATE farm! And no, I'm not joking, I'm being serious.
Well good for you! now in the land of the people not on some kind of drug this atma mess is just an annoying forced fate grind "Period" if I didn't care about progressing my relic I wouldn't even do it.
My FC mate got his atma's on release day my other FC mate still has none after hours of grinding, while I only have one -_- this is not fun in anyway! it is not refreshing or exciting and for the ppl that have wasted countless hours only to have nothing still, its very, very aggravating.
Ppl don't want the atma's handed to them, they want to know that their time grinding will eventually have some reward! at this point its all been based on luck......how is that fun to you people? yea im having a blast sitting in fate party watching lucky few get their drop while others suffer for hours on end to get their or end up stopping from frustration.
happy happy joy joy!

Yoshida (Posey's version) couldn't have said it better. The only thing that resembles party is the list of people and the "Full Party" on top of them. Nothing else.
