Vendor and Junkmonger permit

Silly question but how do you get the vendor on your land? I purchased a permit for the vendor just have no idea how to use it, lol
Oh and can he be fired or removed from the land at any time

You install your vendor just like a furniture. Idk if it can removed, but my guess is that it can, and like primal items, the permit just gets used up.

You can move the vendors around wherever you like.

Yes, vendors are installed as furniture, but it could not be put on top of another object.
The "permit" will be deleted upon vendor removal, you have to buy it for $3000 again.

I just bought a small house in The Goblet, as no smalls were left in any of the 10 wards in LL or Gridania. I can only install 2 of the 3 of them. I really didn't care much for the Mender, and was thinking more along the Junkmonger instead. Can someone list the exact Dye names available? Are those ones you can buy in town only, not the beast ones? Why would he sell Garden plots when you can just walk a few feet to the main one in town to get one. You will only ever need 1, 2, 3 of them and never buy one after that. :/

I'm planing to get Vendor and Mender only so can't advice on that buit in the end it's "only" 3k gil so comapring to cost of the whole house ... but from what I've heard from other it's really waste of space and money.

Junkmonger dyes are the same 40/216 gil ones sold by any dyemonger.

Junkmonger also sells the catalyst for repairing gear so not such a waste if you repair your own gear with out a mender
