    Any FCs have the new crafting facilities in their houses?

    And how do they work exactly?

    Can you place all 8 at a time in the house for crafters to use?

    Do you have to craft them first to place them?

    The number you can place depends on the size of the plot. Not sure the exact restrictions. They are a crafted item, so they will need to be crafted and place like any other furniture.
